Divine Thread Malas jewellery can not be returned if it has been worn, including both bracelets and malas. We believe that every single piece of our collection when worn will be carrying the energy of the wearer so please, don't wear the Mala if you don't like it.
You can return/exchange pieces that have not been worn or de-tagged within 7 days of delivery. We want you happy, so if you are not happy if the mala you receive, please send it back. Shipping and handling is not covered and is the responsibility of the sender.
If you your mala breaks within 7 days of arrival, or arrives broken, please contact us right away. In this case, we will cover the costs of shipping.
If you were sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of shipping to have it sent back to us.
Unfortunately, malas can break. When a mala breaks, it represents karma breaking or a breakthrough. This is not a bad thing but rather a positive sign of progression.
Divine Thread Mala is happy to repair your mala at no cost to you. We only ask that you pay the shipping costs.
How to pay for the shipping costs:
Select Cart and add "Malas to be repaired" before check out. This option will only cover the cost of shipping.
After the "Malas to be repaired" order, you will receive an e-mail with your payment confirmation. Make sure you print the receipt and send it to us with your mala. If you forget to include your "Malas to be repaired" receipt we will be returning your mala without repair.
