Autumn Equinox - Special Gong Bath Celebration

Join us to celebrate the Autumn Equinox on September 22nd from 6pm to 8pm. The transition from summer to fall brings us the opportunity to become mindful that we reap what we have sown. It is the harvest season.

It is time to acknowledge our ancestors and follow their tradition: show gratitude for the abundance and prepare us for the darker and cooler days ahead. Like the trees, we let go the 'leaves' which no longer serves us and open space for what will support our growth and groundness.

The word “equinox” comes from Latin aequus, meaning “equal,” and nox, “night.” On the equinox, day and night are roughly equal in length - the balance between darkness and light.
